Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences
Create comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
Design event themes and decor concepts that align with client expectations
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection and setup
Manage on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution
Provide post-event analysis and feedback to clients for continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as an event planner or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
