Job Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in corporate and partnership law matters.
Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to corporate transactions.
Assist clients with entity formation, governance, and compliance issues.
Handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other complex transactions.
Research and analyze legal issues and provide strategic counsel to clients.
Appear in court and represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
3+ years of experience practicing corporate and partnership law.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
