Position: Estate Planning Attorney

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and living trusts, with a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters. The Estate Planning Attorney will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, draft legal documents, and provide expert guidance on all aspects of estate planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs
  • Develop customized estate plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and objectives
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Provide guidance on probate proceedings and trust administration

  • Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the state
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and living trusts
