We are Hiring: Mortgage Loan Officer

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for finance and real estate? Do you have excellent communication skills and a desire to help people achieve their homeownership goals? If so, we are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of mortgage loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments
• Review and update credit and loan files
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other referral sources

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software
