Job Title: General Contractor

Location: Shadowdale Terrace By Meritage, New York

Job Description:

As a General Contractor at Shadowdale Terrace By Meritage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with our team of subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure that each home is built to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all construction activities on site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on progress and address any challenges
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
