Position: Church Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Church Administrator. The Church Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church, including managing finances, coordinating events, and supporting the pastoral staff. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage church finances, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
• Coordinate church events, such as worship services, weddings, and community outreach programs
• Communicate with members of the congregation and the community to address needs and provide support
• Supervise administrative staff and volunteers
• Work closely with the pastoral staff to support their ministries and programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in church administration or non-profit management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
