Position Overview

As a Real Estate Loan Officer at Newbridge Home Loans, you will be responsible for helping clients secure the best mortgage financing options to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Educating clients on the various mortgage products available
• Assessing client financial profiles to determine eligibility for loans
• Guiding clients through the loan application and approval process
• Collaborating with underwriters and loan processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans
• Providing ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Loan Officer or similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and financing options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
