We are currently seeking experienced General Practice Attorneys to join our team in [Location]. As a General Practice Attorney at N Le Cuong PLLC, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and provide comprehensive legal advice to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court appearances, negotiations, and mediation
• Provide legal advice and assistance on general practice matters, such as family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and provide strategic legal advice
• Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Collaborate with team members and other legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files and documentation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
