Position: Driveway and Paving Contractor

Job Description:

As a Driveway and Paving Contractor at LDC Paving Inc, you will be responsible for completing a variety of paving projects, from driveways to parking lots. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing the site for paving by clearing debris and leveling the ground
Laying asphalt or concrete according to project specifications
Operating paving equipment safely and efficiently
Ensuring that the finished product meets the client’s expectations
Performing routine maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:

Prior experience in paving or a related field
Ability to read and interpret project plans
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
