We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients’ communication goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in a clinical setting
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure a holistic approach to therapy
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Stay current on best practices in speech therapy through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
  • Knowledge of Myofunctional Therapy is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills
