As a Credit Union Teller at Justice Federal Credit Union, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our members by providing them with efficient, accurate, and friendly service. In this role, you will handle various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
– Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
– Provide exceptional customer service at all times
– Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution
– Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous cash handling experience preferred
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Knowledge of basic computer applications
