About the Role

We are currently looking for a Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a Benefits Consultant at HUB International, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing them with expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their employee benefits, insurance, and retirement planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client’s employee benefits programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement customized insurance plans to address client’s unique needs
• Assist clients with retirement planning strategies, including investment options and wealth management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits consulting or related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and retirement planning services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Relevant certifications such as CEBS or CFP are a plus
