Job Description

As a Van Rental & Leasing Specialist at Handicap Van Rental & Sales, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their transportation needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking wheelchair-accessible vans for rental or lease
Assisting customers with selecting the appropriate van based on their specific needs and requirements
Processing rental agreements, leases, and related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Coordinating van deliveries and pick-ups with customers and drivers
Conducting thorough inspections of rental vans to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
Providing operational instructions to customers on how to use the van and its accessibility features
Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborating with the sales team to promote van sales and upgrades to rental customers
Maintaining rental records, inventory levels, and customer database accurately
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or rental operations
