Current Job Openings:

1. Lab Technician

• Performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing hair follicle samples
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and protocols

2. Client Services Representative

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating sample collections
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Assisting with billing and insurance claims

3. Quality Control Specialist

• Monitoring and evaluating testing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Developing and implementing quality control measures
• Troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies
• Collaborating with the lab team to maintain high standards of performance

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory setting, or customer service preferred
