We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the law and are dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney

Location: New York, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex legal matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal issues

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 5+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
