– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients who visit the dealership
– Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle for their budget and lifestyle
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
– Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle features, specifications, and technology to provide accurate information to clients
– Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the dealership
– Provide expert financial advice to customers seeking to finance their vehicle purchase
– Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive financing rates for customers
– Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently in compliance with regulatory requirements
– Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to streamline the financing process for customers
– Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in financing options to provide the best service possible
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure their optimal performance
– Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs
– Work efficiently to complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
– Keep abreast of manufacturer recalls and service bulletins to provide comprehensive service to customers
– Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
– Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required for all positions
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
