Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Contract Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for managing our relationships with external manufacturing partners to ensure the timely and efficient production of our products. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop manufacturing strategies that align with company goals
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners
• Monitor production processes and address any issues that may arise
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize manufacturing operations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
