We are Hiring: Collection Specialist

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping clients resolve their financial obligations? Corpra Care Inc is currently seeking Collection Specialists to join our team. As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, communicating with debtors, and negotiating payment arrangements to recover outstanding debts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing accounts to determine the best course of action for debt collection
• Contacting debtors via phone, email, and letter to discuss payment options
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all collection communications and transactions
• Providing excellent customer service to debtors while working towards debt resolution

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in debt collection or financial services preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
