Job Title: General Merchandise Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs
Receive and process merchandise shipments
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stock shelves with inventory
Operate a cash register and handle financial transactions
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts is a plus
