Job Description:

As a Benefit Compensation Specialist at P, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to design and implement employee benefits packages that meet their needs and budget. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating existing benefit programs, and making recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will be a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on all benefits-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze client benefit programs
• Design and implement customized benefit solutions
• Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or compensation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
