Anclamars W Reception Hall is a premier event venue located in the heart of downtown. Our mission is to provide top-notch service to all our clients, making their special occasions memorable and stress-free. We specialize in hosting weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles. If you have a passion for event planning and customer service, we want to hear from you!
– Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial client meetings to event execution
– Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life
– Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful events
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure smooth transitions
– Handle any day-of event issues and troubleshoot as needed
– Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
– Passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients
– Set up event spaces according to client specifications
– Serve food and beverages to guests during events
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
– Provide excellent customer service to all guests
– Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations
– Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Team player with a positive attitude
