Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Manhattan Insurance Group, you will be responsible for selling, soliciting, and negotiating insurance policies on behalf of our company. Your main goal will be to generate new business for our insurance products and services while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

– Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
– Provide accurate and timely quotes, product information, and proposals to clients
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
– Maintain client relationships and follow up on outstanding issues
– Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge
– Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly basis
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

– Must have a valid insurance license (property and casualty, life and health, or both)
– Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
