Job Title: Furniture Store Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our sales team as a Furniture Store Sales Associate. This role is a key position within our company, as you will be responsible for assisting customers with their furniture purchases, providing product knowledge, and closing sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and style preferences
• Providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Using product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and warranty information
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom appearance
• Following up with customers on orders and deliveries
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
