Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain a safe work environment
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in general contracting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and plans
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Valid contractor’s license
Position: Roofing Contractor
We are also looking for an experienced Roofing Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of installing and repairing various types of roofs with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
Install new roofs using the latest techniques and materials
Repair and replace damaged shingles or tiles
Ensure roofs meet building codes and safety standards
Provide accurate estimates for roofing projects
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in roofing
Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Good physical condition
Valid driver’s license
Position: Building Contractor
