We are hiring: Wedding Sales Manager
Job Description
As a Wedding Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Westchase, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of wedding packages and services. You will work closely with couples to create a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations on their special day. Your primary focus will be on selling our elegant banquet halls, reception facilities, and wedding services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive wedding bookings and revenue
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and networking
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings
Provide exceptional customer service to couples throughout the planning process
Create custom packages tailored to the unique preferences and budgets of each couple
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel’s wedding services
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in wedding sales or event planning
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Passion for creating unforgettable experiences for couples
Knowledge of the local wedding market is a plus
