Position: Pest Control Technician

Job Description

As a Pest Control Technician at Holder’s Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to our commercial and industrial clients. Your duties will include conducting thorough inspections of properties, identifying pest infestations, developing treatment plans, and applying appropriate chemicals and pesticides to eradicate pests. You will also be responsible for monitoring pest activity, assessing the effectiveness of treatments, and providing recommendations for preventive measures to minimize future infestations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations
• Developing treatment plans based on the type of pests and the severity of infestations
• Applying chemicals and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Monitoring pest activity and assessing the effectiveness of treatments
• Providing recommendations for preventive measures to minimize future infestations
• Communicating with clients to explain treatment plans and answer any questions
• Maintaining accurate records of treatments and pest activity
• Adhering to company policies and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control services preferred
• Knowledge of pest behavior, biology, and treatment methods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in pest control or related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and chemicals
