Position Available: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to water damage emergencies and provide mitigation services
• Inspect and assess water damage to develop a restoration plan
• Extract water using professional equipment
• Set up drying equipment and monitor moisture levels
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Document the restoration process and communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred
• Knowledge of water extraction equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IICRC certification is a plus
