Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all social service programs within our church, ensuring that our community members receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social service programs based on the needs of the community
• Coordinate volunteers and staff to provide support services to individuals in need
• Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to expand our reach and impact
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the sustainability of social service programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social services or community outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community
