Job Title: Real Estate Loan Processor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing a variety of real estate loans, including purchase loans, refinances, and construction loans. The Real Estate Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulations, and communicating with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and ensure all required documentation is included
• Verify borrower information, employment history, credit reports, and property details
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information or clarify loan details
• Submit loan packages to underwriters for approval
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other parties involved in the loan process
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process
• Ensure all loan files are accurate and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate loan processing
• Knowledge of loan programs, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
