Job Description

As a Licensed Esthetician at The Lash Lounge Houston – Vintage Park, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services to our clients. This includes performing eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and more. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences in order to deliver customized and high-quality services. In addition, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, educate them on proper beauty care, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extensions and other beauty services with precision and care
• Consult with clients to determine their beauty goals and preferences
• Provide recommendations for beauty treatments based on client needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed esthetician in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in performing eyelash extensions and other beauty services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
