As an Optical Goods Sales Associate at Willowbrook Eye Professionals, you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients with selecting the perfect eyewear to meet their vision needs and style preferences. Your responsibilities will include:
– Engaging with patients to understand their visual requirements and recommending suitable optical products
– Providing expert advice on lens options, frame styles, and coatings to enhance the patient’s vision and comfort
– Educating patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
– Processing orders accurately and efficiently
– Working closely with the optometrists and opticians to ensure a seamless patient experience
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
– Previous experience in optical sales or a related field
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Knowledge of different types of lenses, frames, and coatings
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
