Position: Bank Relations Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Bank Relations Manager. The Bank Relations Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, including banks and credit unions, to support the growth and expansion of our Bitcoin ATM network. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the banking industry, and a passion for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Negotiate agreements and partnerships with banks and credit unions to install Bitcoin ATMs at their locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on the use and benefits of Bitcoin ATMs.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of bank relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is a plus.
