Job Title: Litigation Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for discovery purposes
Perform data analysis and document review tasks using electronic discovery tools
Manage databases and ensure accuracy of information
Provide technical support and training to legal teams on litigation support software
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies
Conduct quality control checks on work product to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field
2+ years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery
Proficiency in legal research and document management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Job Title: eDiscovery Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Lead eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate and manage data collection, processing, and review activities
Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of work product
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and legal teams
Conduct training sessions on eDiscovery best practices
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eDiscovery tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Certification in eDiscovery such as CEDS or Relativity Certified Administrator
5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management
Knowledge of eDiscovery software and litigation support tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
