Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in providing outstanding service to our commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, cultivating relationships with clients, and ensuring that their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
Monitor policy renewals and assist clients with any changes or updates to their insurance coverage
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies to effectively advise clients
Assist in the marketing of insurance products and services to prospective clients
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management
Active insurance license
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
