• Automotive Service Technicians
• Service Advisors
• Auto Mechanic Apprentices

Job Responsibilities

Automotive Service Technicians

• Performing routine maintenance and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately
• Providing cost estimates for repairs and communicating with customers
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality

Service Advisors

• Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle concerns
• Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance services
• Scheduling appointments and managing work orders
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Auto Mechanic Apprentices

• Assisting experienced technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks
• Learning the ins and outs of automotive repair techniques
• Attending training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge
• Working towards becoming a certified automotive technician

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program (preferred)
