We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at one of our self-storage facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants
Rent storage units and sell merchandise to customers
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed
Manage rental agreements and collect payments from tenants
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent
