Position: Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner at MinuteClinic, you will play a key role in providing primary care services to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, prescribe medications, and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This position offers a unique opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
• Prior experience in primary care or urgent care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
